3. Returns Policy: Returns are accepted solely for faulty items. Custom items and purchases from limited drops are considered non-refundable. Customers seeking clarification on return eligibility are encouraged to contact us for assistance.

5. Shipping Timeframes: Standard shipping within the UK is facilitated through Royal Mail 1st Class, with delivery expected within 15 business days. International shipping typically ranges from 5 to 15 business days, subject to customs processing times.

6. Faulty Items: In the event of receiving a faulty item, customers are required to return the item within 14 days of purchase in suitable packaging and original condition. Upon receipt, customers will be reimbursed for the purchase and any additional postage costs incurred, up to £4.
