Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customers in the USA and Canada may benefit from reduced shipping costs and faster delivery through our US warehouse. Stock availability varies by location, with most items held in our UK facility. To view stock in each region, scroll to the bottom of the website and select your location.

Do I have to pay import fees?

No. All import fees are prepaid, so you will not incur any additional charges.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes, next-day delivery is available for all UK orders placed Monday–Friday. We also offer expedited international shipping, with delivery times starting from as little as 2–5 days.

How do I access the USA website?

The website should automatically detect your location and redirect you to the USA site. If it doesn’t, scroll to the bottom of the homepage, click the location selector, and choose your country manually.

Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. UK orders are shipped via DPD, and orders from our USA warehouse are shipped via USPS.

I cannot find an item that was advertised.

Please email us, and we will be happy to help.

I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate the email, contact us at contact@zidouri.com using the email address associated with your order, and we will resend the confirmation.

Can I make changes to my order?

We will do our best to accommodate changes requested within the first 12 hours of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee modifications, as orders begin processing immediately.
