5. Shipping Timeframes: Standard shipping within the UK is facilitated through DPD, with standard delivery expected within 2-5 days. International shipping typically ranges from 5 to 15 business days, subject to customs processing times.

6. Faulty Items: In the event of receiving a faulty item, customers are required to return the item within 14 days of purchase in suitable packaging and original condition. Please contact us via email prior to making a return in order to obtain the correct return address.
